Prop Design

I always wanted to design a boat that I could see crossing the Nile river in my "Pyramid" design I painted a while back. My thought process was always attracted to pharaohs of Ancient Egypt from the early Dynastic period. Especially how the hieroglyphics always have a strong animal symbol to describe there meaning or who the Egyptians are. So I started visualizing designs in my head like a evil queen being slithering across the river in a boat that represented a snake or an Eagle boat carrying a bold King flying across the water.

Some really talented friends of mine from school started a fun project on the side to create a animation short in under 24 hours!  I was excited to get the opportunity too be a part of there team and help collaborate with them on this funny short. I also got chance to design and paint the BG, animate the special effects "spit" and helped in-between the characters. For how much fun we all have together making this, it never felt like hard work. Enjoy!
